Privacy policy
This policy describes what this site actually does with your information. It is written to match the site as built, not as a template.
The calculator does not upload your input
Every field on the calculator — start times, end times, break minutes, the hourly rate, the overtime threshold and the overtime multiplier — is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript that the page has already downloaded. There is no server-side calculation.
When you press Copy summary, the text is placed on your device's clipboard by your browser. It is not transmitted to this site or to anyone else.
This site does not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing to log in to. It does not run a database, and it has no facility to store your entries.
What this site does not do
- It does not send your times, breaks, rates or totals to any server.
- It does not keep a history of what you entered.
- It does not require an email address, a name, or any personal detail to use the calculator.
Third-party advertising
This site may display third-party advertising in the future. If advertising is added, the advertising network may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and may collect information about your visit in order to select and measure ads. That activity is carried out by the advertising provider under its own privacy policy, not by this site.
If and when advertising is added, this page will be updated to name the provider and to describe what is collected. Until this page names a provider, no advertising network is running on this site.
Server logs
This site is served as a set of static files by a hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages). Like nearly all web hosts, the provider may record standard technical request data — such as the requested page, the time of the request, and the requesting IP address — for security and operational purposes. That logging is performed by the hosting provider, not by this site, and the site does not read, combine or retain it.
The site itself contains no analytics script and no tracking pixel.
Cookies
The calculator sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage.
Children
This site is a general-purpose utility. It is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the site's behaviour changes — for example when advertising is introduced — this page will be updated so that it continues to describe the site as it actually operates.
